I had the pleasure of honoring my sweet mother today on the eve of her birthday. Even though I know you agree she looks like 35, this was a big birthday for her and we did it up right. First, we ate at Gran Luxe in the Galleria. Her BFF Caroline was along for the celebration. We had grown up drinks, Asian nachos (so freakin good!), chicken Madeira and salad. We finished it all off with a molten chocolate cake. The waitress brought mom a special greeting as well. 
No girls day could be complete without some shopping and shop we did. I got a 120.00 skirt for 18 at the Talbots outlet. I was able to get a sweater and Tshirt for mom. So pleased to spend some fun time with mom and her bestest friend.
