One time on the road

Ok driving along the road, doing my typical radio, where am I, work problem solving drive. There is a guy driving in the lane next to me. He is driving a bit faster than me and I happen to glance at the back of his truck as he goes by. He has a condom, yes that's right-you heard me-a condom stretched on the end of his rear window wiper. It is completely stretched out so you can see what it is. I am so dumbfounded I am just wondering...did he think this would attract some babes?? "Ooohh baby, I love the condom on your wiper." Did he think it made him look cool? "Duuuude, your condom is rad." Did he have wipers that needed repair, became desperate and thought, "I know, I've had this in my wallet since high school and haven't used it so what they hay." You just never know what one may see while driving on the road.
