Cute huh!! Flipper heels. The hubband sent me this joke photo and I thought is was so appropriate for our unusual, Seattle-like weather this summer. I feel tremendous thankfulness for this rain. I usually HATE rain and especially driving in it but I find that this summer has been so laid back and calm and I think the rain has a lot to do with it. It has forced us to slow down and not necessarily do all of the things we can do.
Just for laughs, the boy informs me today as we drove to his camp that he needs a really big field that he can drive in. He waits two beats and tells me that he also needs some floating coins he can drive through. He is talking about living inside a video game!! Hello? Reality?! Love it!
