Guess what??!! I left my weight of 220 today!! Sometimes I am 220, sometimes I am 224. I fluctuate quite a bit. I have weighed 219 before but today I was shocked shocked I tell you to see this number. Giving up sugar has been the hardest thing I have ever done but after just a few days I can say I am seeing results. There is so much more to do... give up snacking after dinner, work out consistently... slow and steady.
