Yes. By Design Scrapbook Boutique. What a lovely, lovely place. You feel as though you have walked into a parlor created just for you and your best scrappin girls. The merchandise is all around but you won't find yourself suckin in around rows and rows of shelves like in other locations. The owner and her staff are friendly and not pushy.
I signed up for the Debbie Schuh class on Friday evening and there is still space available!!
Love the store.
Adore the decor.
Wanted to buy more.
Wish it was located next door.
